All fine, but limited reception hours.

The room was clean, warm, and had a nice kitchenette. The food at dinner, especially the hearty options, impressed us. The shower leaked water, making the bathroom messy.

The dinner buffet featured a well-rounded menu with hearty options like lasagna and fondue, perfect for refueling after a day on the slopes. The ski locker was a great addition, allowing us to comfortably store our snowboards without cluttering up the room.
The rooms were notably cramped, particularly for families. Check-in was a major hassle, taking over an hour in a queue at the reception, and the swimming pool and sauna were only available for limited hours . Cleanliness in the common areas and pool left much to be desired, and managing our own room cleaning before checkout felt more like a hostel than a hotel experience. Some breakfast items ran out during service, leaving us to make do with less than ideal options.

stayed at chalet alpina for 3 nights, and it was a little gem. the location is perfect, just a short 2-4 minute walk from the slopes. breakfast was amazing with bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs. the covered swimming pool and sauna were great for relaxation after skiing.

Chur, this spot was sweet as. Super close to the lifts and the breakfast was mighty good! Just wish the room wasn’t so cramped, but we’ll be back!

Perfect for a ski trip!
The food was a highlight, especially the raclette—so good! The staff were all super friendly, always ready to help. Loved the location, just a quick trip to the slopes. But the room was a bit snug for 4. Can't wait to come back!

The suite was pretty cozy, warm enough for a ski stay. Sure, it was a bit tight with the bunk beds, but we managed. The kitchenette was a nice touch, even if a little basic, and having a fridge was super handy. Needs a bit of a freshen up though. some parts felt outdated. a decent space for a ski trip.

Couples enjoying a cozy escape
There was this moment when we were just relaxing at the covered pool after a long day on the slopes, it was warm and cozy, really set the mood. the meals were surprisingly good, especially those hearty buffets after a day in the cold, felt like home.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for what we got.
